I had quite a frustrating experience with this hotel. Initially, upon arrival, my booking was lost due to a system change, and I was redirected to another location, which was not ideal. The room itself felt grim and uninspiring, leaving much to be desired in terms of comfort. While I appreciate the attempt to accommodate us after the booking mishap, I can't say I would recommend staying here based on my experience.
